Paid for 6 burgers and only 5 were given to me. The female manager said she packed the bag and thought I was lying. Obviously she can't count. I was the one who didn't eat and I wasn't going back for 1 burger. They lost a customer, although the following morning I got ahold of another manager who made good on it by changing the burger to a breakfast burger n coffee, but he didn't believe the incident and called the other manager like I was gonna lie about a measly burger. Sure I was upset but only because I was the only one didn't eat and I had my heart set on an ugly greasy burger for the super bowl game. What a disappointment. Never again going to Burger King the employees ie managers are rude!

Today I went to get the whopper Wednesday and didn't want to give me the promotion. The assistant manager said it was only the whopper Wednesday meal only but the sign said the opposite. The assistant manager was so rude, I even talk to the district manager Alex Mendez and said the same thing. I called other burger king and they do have the special.

I asked for Mayo and cheese instead I get a oh entire bottle of Mayo I will not go back her agian they can’t even cook I am so mad and disgusted

My hamburger was supposed to be without mayo. But instead and had a hold full spoon in it. And my fries they were dry and old , an it was half empty. plus not mentioning that the food was cold. Plus the staff is rude and don't even put attention to what you are ordering. And the place was crowded and messy and flies flying on tables that they were left with trace of trash and it was food on the floor. Food is cold !!
