To go staff are unprofessional. I waited in my car in 104 degree temps for 10 minutes without any assistance. I then stepped inside to find my order sitting on the rack ready to go. However, there are explicit instructions saying not to take orders off the rack without assistance. But everyone that saw me ignored me. The young lady went to a register and got on her phone to check messages. I waited a little longer but after 2 more employees saw me and turned away, I grabbed my order and left. This is not the first time. This is actually the third time this happened. Every time at this location I wait and every time I step inside my order is just sitting there and several staff floating around not doing anything and not offering assistance.

Aren't hostesses supposed to be welcoming? Didn't even bother waiting at this location because the hostess was awful. We walk in (father's day at around 4:45-4:50ish) aren't greeted and the hostess walks away. Comes back, still doesn't acknowledge us, obviously she was busy, which i understand, so i asked if she was signing people in still. She cuts me off barely glances at me and with all the attitude says "yes I'm almost done here. How many?" While tapping her tablet. My partner takes over and tells her "5" to which she very rudely says it'll be a 30 minute wait. We along with a family that had walked in behind us walked out. If the service was already that poor at the door, can't imagine how bad it was inside. I get the service industry is struggling, but don't give attitude to people who are asking simple questions to try to ease your job. 🙄

Had a great time at this Applebee’s. We were seating nicely and timely. Really nice waitress, very attentive to our needs. Food came out fast, and everything was to our liking.

Good food, great drinks only draw back I had was when I order a medium rare steak it was actually raw. Manager was very professional about it as was the rest of the staff.
