These people are embarrassingly and notoriously negligent, incompetent, and just every name in the book which I can’t type on here. They gave an armed suspect over an hour to threaten witnesses in the surrounding neighborhood before breaking into and stealing a parked vehicle. Dispatch communication is AWFUL. Response time is AWFUL. Their approach to the scene was poorly executed at best when PD nonchalantly rolled right past the area with a tiny flashlight and ignored the armed suspect as we were screamed for them to turn back. They have a history of negligence but this was the last straw for me. They are putting innocent lives at risk. They need to do better.

First of all you don't answer the phone. Second of all it's sad that you advise me to get a Restraining Order because I kept being harassed. Then you "Don't" enforce it. Instead you have come to my house over 8 times because my assulter keeps making false reports. You have even talked to my assulter on my phone because they kept harassing me on my phone. This is so crazy to me. You would rather waste tax payers dollars than arrest the assulter. Smh! This system and your station sucks!

Tried to call them to check on my report after being battery. They gave me a phone number that didn't work. Went to them in person, front desk officer said the officer in charge of my report would NEVER be available. He couldn't get anyone else so I left contact info and went upstairs to talk to detectives. No detectives available but secretary pulled up the report and the officer had written the wrong name for the guy that broke my nose. I told the secretary it was wrong and she said a detective would call me back. Never heard back. So innocent man was blamed for my assault and the guilty one got away. No one cares.

You would need to talk to a detective. You would need to prove that your arrest was malicious on the part of the other person. Ultimately it would be presented to the city attorney if there is sufficient evidence to file.
