I am a current resident at Bella Vista. Unfortunately, like so many people out there, our family has been going through struggles without being able to get a lifeline. I have to tell you that we were able to get a lifeline from the community administrator, James Ferkovich. He has been able to help us anyway he can with the tools the company has given him. He has gone above and beyond what I could ask from someone that works at the leasing office. Truly a Godsend. If there was a higher praise than that, I would've given him that praise. My family and I are grateful that the company has such a representative such as James. Thank you for everything!

READ THE REVIEWS. We are leaving. I wish the best to anyone that lives or plans on living here. You will get 1990s appartment at 2022 rates. Air conditioning is a nightmare, starts leaking if you go past 70 degrees and I've confirmed with other neighbors. we put in 3 work orders and it never works, we gave up. Upstairs neighbor pours water off their balcony like it's a 3rd world country, getting our balcony all wet. When I tried weighing down an umbrella to block it, someone stole the umbrella, broke it, then threw it in the bushes. The biggest reason we are leaving is security. I had my catalytic converter ripped out of my car IN THE PARKING GARAGE. Someone that lives at Bella vista did this and STILL lives here. There are no cameras, no nothing. I hope the guys that patrol do something... this person needs to be caught and I'm shocked at the lack of urgency. We payed rediculous money and still have to pay ridiculous money to leave after all this. I hope someone reads this and take this warning seriously: DO NOT LIVE HERE.

All I can say is when it comes to maintenance, Julio Tamiyoshe is thee best! Everytime I'm in need of something fixed in my apartment Julio is super professional, and comes within 24-48 hours to fix the concern. He teaches you additional things you can do if your appliances or any additional plumbing issue occurs if the issue happens again. You can tell he really cares about the people who live here and his work! Thank you for always being there to help us during every service request Julio! You are a true angel, and thank you for loving what you do!

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but too many things have been wrong about this place since we moved in - and we haven’t even been here a month. This is a great place to live if you love cleaning. When we moved in, the place was filthy. Sticky cabinet handles and doorknobs, leftover spills on the counter from the previous tenant, and tangible layer of dirt and who knows what else on the counters, filthy hardwood floors that I had to physically get on my hands and knees to scrub. This is the most expensive apartment Ive ever lived in and still somehow the dirtiest one (I’ve lived in a $450/month cheap college apartment that was cleaner). We sent them pictures and asked them to come fix the problem or reimburse us to hire a cleaning service which they initially rejected. They finally said they would send someone to clean it, but weeks passed and no one ever did. Even after deep cleaning it myself, I still don’t feel super comfortable knowing how poorly it was taken care of and how many layers of dirt existed (the counters still have a gritty nasty feeling after scrubbing multiple times). Beyond the cleanliness issue, we have had issues with a lot of various aspects around the apartment. When we first moved in, our mailbox didn’t lock, and coincidentally a package I was expecting that said it was delivered to my mailbox never arrived. This was inconvenient but not a huge issue. Our microwave didn’t work when we moved in (11/9) and we were told it would be replaced 11/23 and it just now got replace me today 12/7 two weeks later, so an entire month had passed. Additionally, we have neighbors that scream at each other throughout the day outside, so if you like peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you. And then today our washer stopped working. Overall, very frustrated living here. I do have to note that the service staff I’ve interacted with (clearly somewhat frequently) is so very kind and responsive and amazing. Our leasing agent was also very accommodating when we were initially moving in as well. But the total experience within just our first month has been simply disappointing. Jan 2022 update: now lived here for almost 3 months and will be reducing my rating from 2 stars to 1 due to the lack of security. Only one security patrol for a massive complex, so naturally there are package thefts and car break-ins constantly. Also an issue with people pulling the complex fire alarms, so say goodbye to any sense of peace you've known - in addition to not knowing if there is ever an actual fire due to so many fake pulls. When I brought my concerns to management, they came up with an excuse for every single one - "don't keep valuable items in your car" (obviously but is victim blaming appropriate regardless?) "a package room is a Covid concern and a hassle," and "security can't be everywhere at once." I'm grateful to not be living here as a woman alone, because I would move immediately. Management refuses to be held accountable and security issues are only increasing.

Hi, Kris! The pools are currently open at a modified capacity from 9 AM to 9 PM. We're actively working on plans to safely open our fitness center once local restrictions are lifted and we receive details around local requirements.
Not included, water and waste gets added to you rent each month and you have to sign up with gas and electric in your name for the apartment.
