One month since I moved to Summit and my family is having the best time! Marissa at the Leasing Office was great with us. She really helped the process. Jessica was also awesome. Both were very friendly and efficient. The property is really pretty, peaceful and clean. Our loft was in great shape and the maintenance requests we made were fulfilled. We are loving our new life. The only downside is that you will have spiders around you. But that is the price to live around nature.

Management team is just terrible. Those guys refuse to handle urgent requests, refuse to answer to emails. Management team are complete racists, they will ignore one type of people and will punish other type of people. Very disgusting place.

If you are visiting someone in this building good luck finding parking! God forbid you park somewhere your not supposed to YOU WILL GET TOWED! These people are paying way to much for rent for there not to have parking accommodations. Then they think the company they use is called Keystone Towing and it’s NOT! It’s called Ross Baker Towing their sister company. So stop telling people the people who have your car is Keystone Towing! Waisted time and money going to the wrong location. Thanks!

Jessica - the property manager, was fantastic, Very patient, very kind and very helpful. We love this place. The location and price is amazing, the amenities are first-rate and the floorplans are fantastic. Two story townhouses with garages. Thanks to Jessica and The Summit for making us feel right at home.
