Slowest and most disorganized pharmacy I've been to. I received a call Monday saying that my prescription would be ready, when I went to the pharmacy twice, on Friday and Saturday, it still wasn't ready. It also doesn't help that there's only one lane open with the pharmacy having to work the drive through lane and the counter.

Why does this pharmacy have a phone if they literally never answer it? I've been on hold now for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I know when I can go get my med. It rings, someone picks up, then immediately puts me back on hold. Then annoying hold music for a long time, then the cycle repeats. SO FRUSTRATING. It's like this every single time I've tried to talk with someone at the actual location. The app and automated system and centralized phone center can't help. UGH

For whatever reason the pharmacy is closed and can't get medication for my son. I always pick this location because its a 24 hour pharmacy. Now I have to drive all over town to transfer his medication to another location and wait.

Unfortunately cannot recommend this location for vaccines. At least not if you are expecting to be seen close to your appointment time. The first time I took my son for his COVID vaccine there seemed to be a lot of other people with the same appointment time. So even though they had staff just to handle vaccines, we still waited about 45 minutes. This time we went and there was not enough staff to attend the vaccine window. So we waited in the general pharmacy line to check in which took a little while because I had to wait for the one person that could check us in. Then we waited at least 35-40 minutes to fill out paperwork and then waited more. The problem was that the pharmacist was having to deal with customers, fill prescriptions and give vaccines. When we finally got called after just over an hour, there was finally someone else to give the vaccine. The woman giving my son his vaccine (not the pharmacist) was not friendly, not even apologetic that we waited so long. I understand they were overwhelmed and doing the best they could but then they shouldn’t schedule vaccines at that time if not properly staffed. Or tell us we may want to come back when they know they have full staff. An hour is a really long time for a 12 year old that is already a bit anxious about receiving the vaccine. Very unlikely we will go back for any other vaccines.
