Got a disposable CBD pen. Was told to throw it away once the battery was dead and the battery didn’t even have a charge or charger. The 4 guys in the lobby did little to nothing to try resolving the issue; didn’t want to refund me or allow me to change it for another product worth more so I left the pen and told them I would just have the bank cancel the transaction. Very poor customer service and EXTREMELY poor knowledge of the products. Didn’t even know if the CBD pen could legally fly on airlines.

It shows they open at 11am. I waited from 10:53am till 11:08 am, when a guy showed up with his dog and a water bowl and opened the door. I proceeded to walk in shortly after where I was told we aren't open, yet. I called in to ask how to speak to the owner, and he ask what is this in reference to. I said, I want to know why if the store to s open at 11am why was I told they aren't open yet. He said we are open, I don't know why you drove off. I replied with cause I have been waiting for the store to open since 10:53am, and want an explain why it's not open and ready to go by 11am. Got the answer we are open but I still have to get everything done cause the light aren't even on.
