Arrived at 9:30 Pm on a Saturday, lobby was closed which was understandable. Drive thru only had about 6 cars in front of us but still took over 30 minutes to get to the window. They gave us food and said have a good day, I had to stop them and ask for our drinks. They ended up giving us 2 extra drinks and while this was happening a worker came up with a bag of food they had forgotten. We got home and checked everything and they missed a burger and fries. The night time crew needs some work.

During the overnight shift. The manager, an older women with colored hair, was absolutely disrespectful towards me. All I did was ask for a cup hold for 2 drinks. And she threw a tantrum for me asking for a cup holder, which was right next to the window that I was at. I feel bad that those employees have to work under such terrible leadership. I could never recommend this jack in the box to anyone.

I usually stop by and get some breakfast. The sausage biscuits are delicious the biscuits are very soft you will love them.
