U.p.s socorro office needs to have better delivery drivers & need to open earlier not at 4:30 I ordered something online & gave the right address but the delivery driver claimed he couldn't find my address I've always had a problem with that facility

UPS Socorro has consistently provided me with excellent delivery service. There drivers are diligent, courteous and persistent. An example. Tonight in a snowstorm after dark a driver, Daniel, delivered a package to my rural cabin. It was his first delivery to me. It is not an easy route. About 6 miles of dirt road with limited road markings. He persisted. He wants to work and get the job done. I tip my hat to him and the organization. Thanks David.

Wouldn't give them a 1 star. Very Bad service all around. Driver scanned our package as delivered but left it a unknown person and address. Didn't call. Manager refused to resend driver out to retrieve our package and said it will be done 24 hrs from now even though they DO go back out in the evening. There scanner notifies them when a package is missed delivered, so driver knew it but still lied about it being delivered. WOW!! Very disappointed!!
