They keep losing my packages over and over and over again . Packages will say delivered but never show up. Horrible post office .

wish i could give less then 1 star. it’s a joke of a post office. rude employees & barely open any hours. they could never make it in the real world. hate having a p.o. box here since i always am inconvenienced in some way when i try to get my mail

Nope, I've called 3 days to report the key the mail lady left in my box was rusted and it wouldn't allow me to open the box for my accumulated mail. I called the post office direct along with the 800 # and no luck. The mail lady left a note that she was returning the mail due to me not picking up the mail, but I couldn't open the box with the rusted key and no one to report the issue to.
No they don’t take photos there. You can get them done at Walgreens or CVS.
around 2 or 3 is when the carrier will be back
