Nope, I've called 3 days to report the key the mail lady left in my box was rusted and it wouldn't allow me to open the box for my accumulated mail. I called the post office direct along with the 800 # and no luck. The mail lady left a note that she was returning the mail due to me not picking up the mail, but I couldn't open the box with the rusted key and no one to report the issue to.
I was successful getting them to answer once, so there's hope!
