Oh dam! I tried the carne adovada smothered burrito with their green sauce. It's the first nm green chile that has heat and flavor. Tamale was excellent. If you want to try some real heat and great food. Don Juan's Cocina is the best cost effective food in socorro. Just make sure you have a tasty beverage to wash it down. Highly recommend

I had the ground beef tacos. The meat was greassy, just enough to soften the bottom of the hard shell.

I got the chili relano plate. The chili's batter was crunchy and flavorful. The chili and the cheese carried the tangy flavor of the red sauce well. I tried a bit of the green sauce on the side. It's spicy. I liked the red sauce in the main dish and green sauce added to heat level Well, done.
