Great experience staying at the park. Spent 6 months in New Mexico for work and I’m glad I chose this park. The landlord is understanding and easy to work with. I had some damage done to the camper on my trip down from North Dakota and one weekend I had to take the camper down to Albuquerque to get fixed, instead of having to get a hotel Phil put me in one of his empty units for the time being. Great guy, willing to help you when you need it. I highly recommend this park and if I get sent back out will come back without a doubt.

Best RV park I've been to. The owner Phil is a genuine nice guy, easy to talk to, and will work with people as need.Hes expanding and has big plans for the future. Can't wait to see what's to come.

Good people, they really helped me out by allowing me to camp there. Comfortable, good for long term in Española. Quiet, safe area. It was a good place to stay while I had the chance.

stayed here for one month in my camper. It's a safe area with gorgeous mountain views. The owner has full hookups plus Wifi for a very affordable price. The neighbors are quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Only a mile from Wal-Mart and the casino. Trash haul is on site, and there are plenty of friendly animals around to pet. Never had a problem wish we could stay longer.
