A manager seems to always make problems for me even without even knowing me when it comes to me getting food for myself or for door dash. Just so unprofessional and inappropriate of an employee.

It's either a hit or a miss with this place but it's mostly a miss. And it sucks because this is the only McDonald's we have. You either get your food burnt, under cooked or hard. So cross 🤞 your fingers when ordering here. Honestly it's better just to go make something at home. Because you know what you're going to get.

Went in and asked for cookies girl asked me to repeat how many I wanted seemed like she didn’t wanna make the amount I wanted so she said we don’t have any cookies . So I waited about 10 to 20 minutes for that . All the time we come through they constantly never have what we ask for . Then no one at the window greets you . They have this attitude like you’re a burden . I get it people are stressed due to the lack of employees and having to pull the extra weight but I’m also in the fast food industry and I still give great exceptional customer service due to the fact that this generation lacks it big time . Do better . Train better

No one in line at the drive thru and no one inside restaurant waiting, wanted only 2 drinks. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for one of the 10 employees that were working to even acknowledge me. Poor customer service.
