Well. Where can I start? Here are some basics where this transportation service fails....at any price; No structured schedule, no air conditioning in the coaches, dirty coaches, no announcements of where hell we're even going, seats designed just barely for the butts of children, poor suspension system on the bus, a driver who looked and acted like he was stealing the bus. I just came out of Mexico and bought a CBX shuttle ticket. I got this. This bus..and this experience was worse than anything I have seen in Mexico that more than 3 pesos. What the hell ..owners!. You can't possibly be THAT cheap. We are passengers....and not cattle ! Join the 21st century.
