Fred worked with me to customize an order to fit my needs when I added a Hydroboost brake booster to my '68 Chevy pickup and sent more small parts to complete the install when the standard pushrod to pedal arm joint didn't quite fit. They didn't ask for any payment for the parts to get past the obstacle - they just put in the effort to help me get the job done. Kudos POL!

Decided to upgrade the steering on my 1949 Ford F1 truck. Decided on POL's power rack and pinion kit. Also added their power steering pump and bracket. It was a breeze to install. Being a novice, I did have an issue during install. I contacted Mike Johnson with my questions. He and his team quickly recognized, diagnosed and remedied the problem with ease. With Mike's help I was driving that very afternoon. I highly recommend POL , The after sale service is top notch. Now, as for the Rack & Pinion, I was hesitant at first to add a R&P to a straight axle. Secondly, I wasn't sure I wanted Power Assist steering. Well, as soon as I pulled out of my driveway I was smiling ear to ear as I spun the wheel with ease which until then was a real struggle. The drive was a great improvement over the old slop box. Steering was tight and responsive as you would expect with R&P. It's such o joy to drive now , I highly recommend this kit.

I ordered a suspension kit online for a customer's Impala. It let me order it and happily took my money (over $1000.00). Shortly after, I received what I thought was my order. It was only part of it. I called and was told that there were parts in the kit that were back ordered and they had no idea when they would ship. Imagine my surprise as none of this was disclosed on their website when I ordered the kit. I had to call my customer and apologize for the delay and then discount the job because my customer was extremely unhappy. I would suggest you call directly before you order anything online from POL. Buyer beware.

We sprung for a simple and affordable lowering front leaf spring and rear block kit to treat this truck with one more dose of COOL!
