Very bad customer service, I mailed the package to the ups Worker and he didnt pack up my package, after one week my packege shown havent scan out from this localtion. When i go into the store they refuse to help. Be aware this store, people steal pakages

I know very well that the closing time on weekdays is 7 o'clock in the evening. Unfortunately, it often closes before 6:30, which is a complete deception. A waste of money and time to send packages here in vain, should work strictly according to the timetable.

BEWARE: Do Not Ship multiple boxes INTERNATIONAL With the UPS Store, they don't know how to Imagine you need to ship some boxes, you go to your local UPS Store where you anticipate they will be able to easily assist you. You get turned away because the manager is not knowledgeable in how to input the shipment into the computer and therefore you get turned away with a car full of boxes. In fact the employee was more helpful however the MANAGER did not feel comfortable or competent doing her job (because they had done it incorrectly in the past). I'm on the phone with UPS right now Go to the UPS customer center instead at 3480 Jurupa Avenue, Ontario as I've been assured they would know how to complete this shipment. Hope this helps someone! Couple of stars because the staff is nice : ) haha

Great customer service friendly and helpful staff. It’s does get busy due a Albertsons been next to the store along with a 7/11 gas station. A big parking lot. I highly recommend it.
