I have never been to a store that is so unwilling to sell their products. I went into this shop last week with 1000 dollars in my pocket, 100% ready to walk out with a bike even if it was over budget. The experience was so negative, basically I was told I didnt have enough money for anything and I should just look for a used bike. So I left and went home to find a fantastic new bike at less than half the cost. Despite this I went back today because I need a tool to adjust my spokes, pretty simple. They didnt have any multi tools, I asked to just buy a few size specific ones and whatever ill have extras, but they wouldn't sell them to me.

This is now the only bike shop ill go to in Phoenix. They were super helpful and knowledgeable, Craig comes off passionate and really wants to help people ride. they serviced my bike same day dropper post only took an hour. other bike shops were saying i had to wait till next month🤨. You should definitely go to spokes for all your Bike needs Cause i will. Thanks Guys🤙

My bike issue was minor, but major for me as I use my bike to get to work. I was changing out the pedals and I could not get one of them off. I didn't have the correct tools but did try hard. I brought my bike and they even unloaded and loaded it for me. The guy took the bike inside to look at the issue and had it off in less than a minute! I'm so grateful and happy and highly recommend this place. They were very professional and polite.
