REDDY ICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN'T DELIVER THE ICE TO THE RIGHT ICE BOXES AND THEN WANT CUSTOMERS TO WAIT FOR UP TO 48 HOURS TO GET THE ICE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WHEN IT'S ON THE SAME JOB SITE. WE LIVE IN AZ IT'S FREAKING HOT AND THE GUYS OUT IN THE HEAT ALL DAY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR MESS UP. YOU CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET ATTITUDE FROM THE REPS. ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND CONVIENT ALL OF THEM ARE IN A MEETING AT ONCE. LEAVE MESSAGE AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. DON'T ASK FOR A SUPERVISORS DIRECT EXTENSION BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THE LINE ISN'T LIVE. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT. WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEONE ELSE TO USE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE.

The best at having horrible customer/delivery service. The ice chest was 4 weeks late. Who doesn't love that ? Nearly impossible to get ice, which again is a great thing. Unbelievable how great they are at nothing.
