we are here now...im kind of laughing!! great find along the road..and I can see a koa sign up ahead..they are probably charging 3x's more than this place. Very simple..a great place to pull over and rest up for next day travel..internet. cable..water and electrical..Im happt!!

Had an excellent experience, Richard and Matt are awesome and helped us above and beyond expectations, even recommended a mechanic for are truck issues, (Rowdy's) about 4 miles away, everything was clean everyday, and peaceful. If your ever in the area the price is right. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

This old, small RV park is located right off of I-40, although highway noise was never an issue. The toilet/shower suites are updated, clean, and spacious. It appears the power boxes have been updated in recent history and everything worked as advertised. A great place for an overnight stop.

This was an overnight stay on our way across country. We stopped for gas a mile before we got here and when we stepped out we discovered that a large window in our fifth wheel was blown out!! So when we got to this park we were greeted by the owner who asked what happened. We told him that we didn't have a clue, that we had just seen it! Now we have 3 dogs and glass was EVERYWHERE in our unit. So while I kept the dogs occupied outside my husband started attempting to clean up all that glass. Not fun. And did I mention that it was cold? We arrived at dusk and it dropped to 22 degrees that night. Then the RV guy walks back over with a huge Amazon box for us! It was almost an exact fit for the window!! It was so appreciated!!! My husband got it all taped up using RV underbelly tape and he wedged a pool noodle behind each valance to hold it in place. So I want to shout out to the nice man that brought us that box! Thank you! A nice overnight spot with a thoughtful owner.
