There was a wait but what government building doesn’t have a long wait.Staff was nice and friendly and helped me pack and ship my package.10/10 would do business with usps again better rates then ups and fedex.

Delivered one package too big for my mailbox to the front door, but somehow decided that two others were too big for that and need to be picked up in person? Makes no sense and now I need to take time out of my day to pickup boxes because they couldn’t drop them off on my porch like they’ve done in the past and like every other delivery service does.

I have had numerous checks lost or mis delivered to somebody else. I have to have them reissued and there’s no reason for this.My name and address doesn’t change! I understand they are under staffed but where are these checks going! Why is my stuff going to other people! And after I complain why is nothing getting done to fix it?!!

My mail carrier on Woodside Rd is driving around with her back open and I've found three packages on the ground after they left that were not for a address near me. I have gotten mail in my box that was for someone else not even on my street but I took it to the right address! And I'm missing mail. I know they are over worked but this seems to be getting worse

No. If you already have postage applied they can take it. But they do not offer window services. The closest location that offers shipping is the pack, ship and more located by the fred meyer location. There are also pack ship & more's located near the Safeway + barns & noble location east of town. The Safeway + ace hardware location near Franklin. Or the 4th st post office or downtown post office .
Yes go to the post office
Yes, but if you just recieved the notice this morning the package will remain with the carrier until the end of the day. So it will be available the next business day. If you go to usps.com you may request a redelivery, or otherwise you may fill out the ps form 3849 that the carrier left and mark redelivery on the back.
As long as it is postal operated unit. In the bend Oregon area. The best way is to go to the post office located at 2300 n.e. 4th St.. the postal employee in the area where they process passports can help. If they have a key on file they can possibly replace it. If not they will have to have the lock replaced which costs $30 to $40.
Yes, as long as there is access and the mailbox is clear.
Sure does. Both inside and drive through
