I called ahead and wanted a room, the one that answer told me all rooms were available except for two then refered me to the website, So the call was ended. I got on the site and found the room I wanted tapped to book room. I was then instructed to call to book rooms, I called several times times and got no answer left messages and no return call until I arrived at Blackstone. I waited outside the door for the individual to finish up on the phone. Only for him to tell me all rooms were booked. I was only 30 minutes from there on the initial call. All would have been avoided if he just took the time when I first got on the phone with him to tell me what he had available! The place is very nice unfortunately I will never give them my business ever! No matter if it is the last room available in T or C...

Not only were we surprised to be able to get a soak time on short notice, our group of four was pleasantly surprised at the temperature and clarity of the water. Outside of the strange "hands-off" COVID protocols involved in the check-in process, the whole episode will be remembered fondly by everyone. Thank you Blackstone!

Our first time here and we had an amazing time. NO sulphur odor at all. facility if very clean (inside and outside) and nicely decorated. their staff immediately greeted us upon arrival. great hospitality. If you are anywhere in NM, I would call and reserve this trip.

We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere at this hotel. We stayed in the Golden Girls room. The in-room pool is quite large, but the pipe fills it fast. The WiFi signal is strong; we brought an Echo 3 and streamed “Alexa, play the meditation station” the whole time we were there. We also liked the private patio area. We used the very private outdoor Turquoise pool twice, and both times the water was crystal-clear and just the right temperature. I should also mention that we loved the pandemic measures that this hotel takes. EVERYONE was required to wear a mask while not in a private area of the property. We also had to show proof of vaccination before reserving a room. We saw almost no one while we were there, but the front desk answered calls promptly and took care of requests immediately. It was GREAT, we felt totally safe. Indeed, all the TorC stores, restaurants, and museums required masks. (Don’t miss the Geronimo museum; an easy walk from the hotel.) All-in-all, we’ll be back.

Thanks everyone for chiming in! :) Lupe, are you looking for a lobster pot experience? We don't want to cook you and we don't heat our water. The hottest water on the property is available in our Historic Baths (inside the lobby), with temperatures "right out of the ground" ranging from 110–112 degrees. Other baths are a bit cooler, and as people have pointed out, you can cool them to your preference with available city water. Thanks for asking, hope to see you soon!
There are restaurants nearby. Due to current public health restrictions they are open for outdoor seating or takeout only. Latitude 33 is not open and as of last week, do not have a reopening date set yet.
I think the other guides misunderstand you... The hot springs that are outside are enclosed within a wall so that the public cannot see you. When you pay they will give you a key to open it up. No one will be able to see what you do. The baths are, however, close enough to each other that someone in one private bath could hear someone in a different bath over the wall if they were loud enough. Some of the rooms also have private hot springs, where no one would be able to hear or see you. They are also quite spacious, I was worried that we would be crammed into a private room bath versus the outdoor ones, but they were large enough for two people to relax in quite comfortably. With a room, you also have a private backyard with a fence no one can see through/over, so you can do whatever you want out there. Once again, they would be able to hear you as all the backyards share walls. I recommend the Jetsons room.
There is no size limit for a dog. Guests are allowed to have one dog only in our Studio suite. We do ask that the dog be well behaved and is ok with being left alone if you are going to go out & leave it in the room. Here are our pet policies: https://www.blackstonehotsprings.com/about/pet-policy/
I don't think so, but they also have a more private place for soaking and it might be easier to use. Call them they are so friendly and helpful.
No they don't
