I attempted to wash my car here today. I did a prewash (like I do) then a vacuum, then went back to do the detailed wash. The initial bay I used was taken, so I used another. I swiped my card (again), soaked my car, switched to foam brush and immediately noticed a problem when I started brushing...no soap. Switched to soap spray thinking I'd soap it up and brush the soap around. No soap in the sprayer either. Hit stop, but no way to get refund for the zero car wash. All numbers posted are for security cameras, vending companies, 1 leads to a redirect to a sales scam, another is a dead line, and then at the back is a number to call for service that leads to a voicemail directing you to leave your name and number. The mailbox is full. My guess is it is perpetually full. I contacted my credit card company and reported for a refund. I will also be reporting the business for this practice to the FTC. If others have had a similar experience there is a convenient online fraud reporting tool for such things. Businesses shouldn't make a practice of intentionally setting things up to steal from customers with no means of recourse. Only use these services at your own risk. There is no means if direct refund. You will need to file with your bank/credit card company. If you use cash, you will be out of luck. This is a great touchless car wash if you don’t want your nicer cars scratched up. The self service bays are also relatively cheap and a good spot to power wash prep or clean your car yourself. The auto wash is updated and new. Also a cheaper option than the other chains in tacoma. I do wish the dyer timer lasted a little longer but understand the need to move cars thru. Maybe an option to buy more time with the top tier car wash?

Sometimes it takes my card and doesn't let me use the automatic washer and I haven't gotten a refund but if it keeps happeningill probably startlookingfor anotherplace. The triple foam gun has not worked in quite a while. Overall though its a decent place to get the car washed

Do NOT go here tried to vacuum stole $1.50 from me also The only other working back you took some lady’s money also. Only one out of four manual bays worked tried the other two that weren’t condop couldn’t get them to turn on. At least those would return the money when it didn’t go through, but I couldn’t use the working one due to a long line so I resorted to a automatic which left spots and the dryer is only like 30seconds. also the bill to token swappers coin changes do not work if the owners being this time fixing that stuff is this could be a nice place is it’s always busy!
