This Brown Bear is brand new and the workers here are wonderful and are delighted to help if you have any questions or need help. This location is never too busy where there is no room for vacuuming after you wash your car. I Always say just be careful and make sure you don't have anything loose on your car before driving thru the wash so the washing clothes don't pull anything off your car. But if so, nevertheless they will open up a damage claim and reimburse you for your damage. But it's on you to order the part and bring your receipt, and they will gladly pay you out.

Im disappointed, and for the third time in a row my truck didn't get cleaned the way it used to. So much so I don't even pay for the memberships anymore. Spend just shy of $20, then still need to do it myself. I was just there yesterday, and if this isn't made right I will take my business, of -20- or so years, elsewhere. Im owed a proper wash or I wont be back. Sometime soon I hope you find this and I can give the previous 4/5☆
