They make the worst drinks! I ordered a strawberry lemonade blended a few times here and completely wasted my money. They should ask how to make a drink if they don’t know how to. My drinks were bitter and taste like water. They don’t even fill your cup. These drinks are pricey and people should be given their moneys worth.

They have very good customer service and are very friendly. you can imagine what they have to be dealing with homeless and even having a good attitude with customers says something very good about the people who work here. open from 4am to 12:00am for those moments when you want a coffee at 11:00pm ☕️ 👍🏼👍🏼 or very early at 4:00am 🥱👍🏼👍🏼 it is a very good option that a Starbucks is open at this hours.

I don't understand your question, however, the staff needs time to clean up/sanitize all the surfaces in preparation for the next day. while I can understand your frustration with the bathroom, you say you were there at 6:30 and left at 7, only to ask for the bathroom at 7 (you were there for 30 minutes). it had probably already been cleaned, and they had already given you a time warning, so this one's on you, chief
