We did a walk-in order at 4:45pm I ordered 3pc tender, two 8pc classic’s. Drove all the way back home in Lacey after the end of my day to see the that we we didn’t receive our garlic parmesan crispy wings. So I called the store and spoke to Maurice to let him know we patiently waited and didn’t receive that part of the along w/the fried (should’ve been 3) he asked me to hold and came back and said his cook put them in the middle of mango habanero & mild classic. So I move some paper and see what I thought was 8 garlic wings and told him thank you. He just hangs up. I pull them all out and they shorted me on the garlic wings. So I call back and speak to a woman (didn’t catch her name) tell her about it and she said there is nothing they can do and that she can give her manager my name and number. I live in Lacey, it’s easier for me to dispute it with my bank and I let her know. It’s unbelievable that you can wait patiently and understand that people are just working in the food industry, so I keep that in mind. Just to be missing 4 wings and some fries and basically it’s a forget you, we got your money oh well. If you like losing money and getting chumped, here’s the place to go. Hopefully the Lakewood location isn’t owned by the same owner.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the wings were good even as cold as they were when we got em! First the music was so loud you had to yell to hear anything. And it goes down hill from there. They took our name so we thought someone would call out to let us know it was done we were sitting inside a few feet from the counter, then no napkins you had to pull it off a roll of bathroom paper towels just sitting on the counter. Not really Covid friendly. But after waiting a good 35min. For the food and still had go ask for it, which clearly had been there a while because it was cold and not correct we paid for boneless but got bone in wings but we're not too picky and hungry and didn't want to wait again so we ate them and thank God they were good! Flavor was great even cold. Too bad the service was so bad and the floor was so greasy you could fall down if you weren't carefull And music was so loud nobody would even know about it because nobody looked beyond the cash register in front of them!

I am a loyal customer. I am from Texas, and have been eating at Wingstop fir more than 15 years. I wanted to commend the team at this location. My husband and I stopped in for dinner and the place was packed. To go orders flying out one after the other. The team was organized, fast, and friendly. Good job guys.

IT'S 6:45PM AND THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED BUT ON THE DOOR AND THE WEBSITE IT SAYS 11PM?? WONDER IF WI G STOP FRANCHISE KNOWS THIS🤬🤬🤬🤬I JUST WANTED SOME LEMON PEPPER BUT I WON'T CAME IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE ANSWER THE PHONE??? I CALLED FOR 20MINS!!!

I know they serve at least one kind of beer, as I've seen it on their menu. Haven't ordered it, so don't remember much beyond that.
