Brown Bear Car Wash

After driving to Kalaloch a couple times this summer, I decided it was time to go through the car wash. I've used their services before and was pleased with how they did. I went two days ago and got the second to last option. I think it was the $15 or $14 one. I thought it did pretty good since the side and rear looked decent but as soon as I walked past the front, wow. No. I've included a picture so hopefully it shows that the front of the car is still very dirty, including the fronts of the mirror. Completely wasted my money here.

Love this place for cleaning out my car, plenty of vaccums, attendant made sure the suction force of the vaccum was working before I used it. Ended up throwing my ring away, so I was given gloves to wear and a extra trash bag. You guessed it, was digging through garbage. All the while the staff was really pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Found my ring, let the attendant know and was back on the road again. Thanks guys!! 😊

This tunnel destroyed my paint job. Micro scratches all over the clear coat. The owner came on here to say he would make it right. I contacted the email he left, and he never got back to me. The car is new, and needs a detail on the paint. They need to either replace the scrub blankets, or not allow muddy 4x4's in tunnel or both. Maybe a pressure washing before entering wash tunnel?

I have frequented this location for the last 6 years faithfully and never thought of going elsewhere. My suggestion would be to re-evaluate your price point. My last visit to Brown Bear was $22. Take a look at what your competition is offering for $24. I was really satisfied with Brown Bear but the value is just not there for me personally.
