I went here a year ago and it damaged my side vinyl trim. Today I gave it another shot and it damage my rear wiper and bent the original frame hook that latches onto the wiper. I paid for the $15 car wash so it cleans the under carriage too but I haven’t look underneath. I will not be using this or giving it another shot in the future.

Beautifully clean. So much better than the other drive through car washes I've used, my tires, roof and wheel wells are clean!!

I like Brown Bear for the car wash results. Even buying the basic wash does great. Vacuum's can be good or bad depending on location. The one or at least the station I picked worked perfect. They didn't have any towels or Windex available. I'm not sure why since I couldn't get anyone's attention to ask.

I had just driven from Arizona back to Tacoma, and there was a lot of salt and snow covering my car. The attendant was helpful, and the wash cleaned everything off. It didn't dry 100%, but blow dryers never do. Definitely worth it to go through of you need a good wash.

This location is scheduled to reopen 2/2/21.
We do not do detailing at any of our locations, we only have the DIY vacuum bays.
Hi Peggy Rose, Without looking at the rack in person, I can't say for sure. If you go to the car wash, an attendant can take a look at it and let you know whether it can go through. Additionally, the clearance limit is 84"/7', so if the rack brings the vehicle over that height it won't work.
