Save your time and shop local or go to cabelas. Worst customer service at the gun counter possible. Waited 45 minutes to buy an eotech. Had my number in hand and watch the kid behind the counter walk by several times. Then go help a customer that wasn't even in line. Spoke with someone who said they were the manager and was told "what do you want me to do about it" then walked off. No wonder this store is empty these days

Nice store. Very clean. Lots and lots of camping gear and hunting gear. I believe the prices are really high however. I saw a shirt... just a basic shirt for $60. I'm sure it was some fancy brand but I'm not paying $60 for a shirt.

Drove all the way down from Taos to purchase a riffle for hunting. Costumer service was horrible but that’s not where it ends. Ended up purchasing the riffle and scope together (spending well over a thousand dollars ) , they offered to mount the scope so of course we agreed. Left home (2 and half hours away) just the realize the chamber would NOT close? Went to our local gun store and they informed us that the wrong screws were used and one was broken inside the gun due to being forced in. Had to have someone extract it and get it re-mounted with the proper equipment. Never even got to shoot the gun and I’ve paid 60+ dollars in repairs ?! They must just have random people with no knowledge working in the back.

Went to this store for the first time about 2 weeks ago on a Friday, looking for a .38 special revolver. They didn’t have any in store which I understand. The guy at the gun counter was awesome I think his name tag said Dan I could be wrong. Anyways the 3 stars are for him. He told me to order online and I would be able to pick it up when it came in. Problem is the online store has nothing. Everything says out of stock I’ve been checking everyday since then. Idk if the site needs to be updated but it’s not fair to advertise something we will never be able to buy. Update 3/15/2022 Good news guys got the firearm I wanted. Ordered it online went did the background check everything came back went and picked it up with no problem. The guy helping me was a younger looking guy super nice. Thank u. I’m sure I’ll go back.
