I never ever had a problem with them yet... They are very tasty. I normally go there for a quick bite before I head to the movies. Just to avoid the popcorn and drinks...

we walked in just minutes before they closed and they still served us with smiles on their faces! and the sandwiches were even better than the service

Horrible service! The staff their is rude, and very unprofessional. Went and ordered a small sub for my aunt and they cut it really small. Then they didn't add the soup that I had also ordered as well the cashier was super incompetent and gave me a dumb look. And as I was heading out I made the mistake of opening the wrong door and the staff laughed at me behind my back. A MESSAGE to the Management who operates this restaurant hire people who are courteous and professional not lazy and rude staff who show such complete disrespectful attitudes towards the customers. won't ever come back to this restaurant again. Horrible experience and terrible atmosphere

Slow, could care less employee behind the counter making sandwiches. Order incorrect even though ingredients were on the receipt. One sandwich lower bun was soaked. For $25.68 for two sandwiches, I’d expect a decent sandwich. We upped off the interstate and took the sandwiches to go to eat in the car….oh yeah the ham is overly sweet. I did their review on the receipt. I received a voicemail from Diana telling me to call back for a refund. I called back and spoke to someone who said she was Diana, but didn’t know how to do a refund, because she was new??? Was told someone would call back, but nothing yet. I’ve called twice more only to have the call just ring and ring. Anyways this was a terrible experience

The employees all wear masks, there's a plastic barrier between the cashier and customers, and there is no inside dining.
