I recently took my Gary Fisher in for a new tire and tube because of a blowout. Going in I was immediately greeted by a sales person. I received top notch service from Luigi in the service/repair department. His attentiveness and level of knowledge quickly impressed me. He went above and beyond, and without even asking me if I wanted him to, he installed the pedals and bell I bought. He even adjusted the stem to give me more handle bar height. As he was doing it, he was glad to answer my questions about my shocks, chain lubricant etc. As a result, I bought additional items based on the information he shared. Great customer service is becoming more rare, so when I experience it, it is refreshing for sure. Trek won my business by Luigi’s awesome customer service and bike knowledge.Thanks!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 !

Excellent service by the Trek team, both pre- and post-purchase. The sales team spent a lot of time with me before I purchased my new mountain bike so I could be sure I was getting the right bike for my riding style. The delivery team also spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood how to operate and maintain my new bike and never made me feel rushed. Overall, I had a great experience with Trek Bicycle Albuquerque and would highly recommend this shop if you need a new bike (or if you need an existing Trek bike maintained). Great job, Trek team.

These guys are a delight! Brought in my older bike that I hadn't ridden for quite a while, and they worked complete magic. If I hadn't seen the paint on the seat, I would have thought they found a brand new Tiburon and replaced it! Rides like a dream, everyone in the store was helpful and supportive, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you SO much!!!

I like the quality, ride and looks of my new Trek bike. I picked it up yesterday and put my first 30 miles on it this morning. The sales consultant I worked with, Josh R., is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in choosing and ordering my bike and picking out accessories once it arrived and was built. I had occasion to come in several times to check on the status of my bike, and the other sales people were very helpful too. I also have experience with the service department working with Steiner who fixed up an old vintage bike for me. He did a fantastic job. He too is very experienced and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Albuquerque, not only as a source for super road bikes (they sell all sorts of other types of bikes too) but for their top-notch service department.

Yes! Pretty good selection. No difference for stationary, you just need to know the peddle type so you can get the right cleat.

What kind of pumps do you have?

We have over 40 styles of bike pumps Adrian.

Do you carry a bike rack, that would hold two bikes and fits on the back of a 2014 Ford Focus? And what would be the cost?

Robin Halloran | Dec 31, 2020

Hi Robin, thanks for your inquiry! We do currently have the Saris Bones 2 rack in stock, and based on your vehicle and likely variations for that model and year, the Bones 2 should work well. One possible issue is if you have the version of 2014 Focus that has a spoiler on the trunk (will not work with that unfortunately). This will also work with the 5 door 'hatch back' version. The Bones 2 goes for $160 + tax. Due to overwhelming demand for bikes, and car racks, this is the only option we have in stock right now. Come and see us...or, you may also purchase from our website for in store pick up at your convenience: trekbicyclesuperstore.com . We currently have 20% off accessories, which includes car racks. Check out this link: https://www.trekbicyclesuperstore.com/product/saris-bones-2-bike-52587-1.htm Thank you! Trek Superstore ABQ

Whats the Inventory looking like? I know most stores were wiped out of bikes.

Very low from what I saw and what was there was mostly inventory in used bikes. They have some sweet bikes in the higher price point range: + $3,000.00. If you want a specific bike you'll probably have to order it..expect 2-3 month lead time.

Looking for two (2) travel cases to transport Specialized carbon frame bikes via airplane. Hate to spend $500 each, or more, on cases that will be used only once. Any suggestions?

Did not notice if Trek carried them but they are a full service bike store.
