I took an old bike that needed some love over to these guys. There was confusion over contact details and parts took about a week longer to order than anticipated. After I brought it home, I noticed that the bike was still dusty, none of the gears had been oiled, and it still looked a little ragged. Now, I understand that these guys didn’t *need* to do anything more than what they were being paid to do. We agreed on work to be done, and they did it. And I hope I’m not sounding entitled by saying this, but I was a little disappointed that no extra effort was put in to my bike. It would’ve gone a long way in terms of keeping a customer, and I don’t even think it would’ve taken an extra 5-10 minutes to spray some degreaser or Lysol to clean it up. I’m pleased with the work they did, but if you do use this place, keep in mind that you’ll get nothing but what you pay for, for better or worse.

Ben was very helpful when I went to pick up my bike. I had my back tire fixed. He helped adjust my seat, helped me set up a water holder and answered all my questions. In the future if I need bike accessories I will most definitely shop there and ask for Ben!

Hi, We have a few tune up options that range from: -basic gear and brake adjustment, making sure all bolts on the bike are properly tightened and tire pressure correct. OR -all of the above plus Wheels trued, bearings adjusted, Drivetrain lubricated and bike wiped down. OR - Bike basically stripped down to the frame, all bearings repacked, Cables and housing replaced, drivetrain cleaned in the parts washer and re lubricated.

Sorry to hear about the seat height positioning issue. usually if we have to move the seat position to put the bike in a work stand, we mark the position and put it back when finished. With the tremendous amount of repair volume during the last few months, sometimes things may get overlooked.
