Their customer service is terrible. You can never talk to a real person on the phone and when you do they are rude and unhelpful. They will lie to you about how much you are paying and charge you for a million things you didn’t agree to. There’s no way to take your auto pay off so they will continue to charge you and charge you for things you didn’t agree to. I was told a certain amount to cancel my internet and am still being charged months after I’ve already paid the termination fees. This service company is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.

This service is great, until I called the customer care number yesterday (6/28). A customer service representative explained to me that 'my service was too slow, you need to upgrade.' My mbps was fine, and I politely declined. After that call, my service slowed down tremendously! In other words, Xfinity throttled my internet speed. By implying my internet service was inadequate, (their service) they throttle you to make you have to purchase their upgraded plans. Xfinity unabashedly practices this unethical method of profiteering. Beware! Not a happy customer in Albuquerque, New Mexico :(

Had a great experience with this place which was the last thing I expected. Wait time wasn't too bad and there are places to sit so you sont have to stand and wait. The tech who helped me was courteous and able to quickly set up an appointment for me that was within 24 hours. Never thought I would have a good experience at an internet store.

It's a nice store however the wait is pretty long. It's amazing how many products they now sell. It's not just cable and internet. They have cell phones and home security systems with some pretty awesome features. If you come here be prepared to wait for awhile it's not going to be in and out.
