I've been coming here for years with my friends and it is one of our favorites! There's nothing like Summer at Stratton and we always find time to play here. It's clean, it's quiet (generally) and the courses are fun and challenging. We do have a love/hate relationship with the Forest course (especially the 5th hole which must have been designed by a sadist) but I digress. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive as well. Great place!

Outstanding views/scenery, decent shape (although greens rolling around an 8), some good holes (played Lake/Forest). A lot of elevation change. Silly tight in several spots. Potential to be an above average course architecturally, but you’d be looking at a significant overhaul of at least 5-6 holes. As long as your expectations aren’t for an excellent championship course, you can have a fun day out there.
