Update: Two weeks after contacting their guest relations and going back and forth almost a dozen emails, I now wish I could give negative stars for the very first time: If you have a negative experience, the company expects a customer to jump through hoops and sign up for their rewards program, complete with email spam, to receive one free replacement meal. If you don't sign up, they have nothing to say nor to offer. It seems "guest relations" cares very little about guest relations. I expect their customer retention to mirror such a poor policy. I didn't ask for any freebies. I only hoped the restaurant would address my terrible experience. Don't go to this restaurant and do not invest in this company either. I ordered online. It was good at one time so trying again. They left out some items. The sauce was thrown in the bag so everything was covered in sauce. All food bowls were burnt. The food smelt burnt. Taste burnt. $60 for horrible food. Seems like a lot of places have went downhill due to pandemic. However, never again.

Service was good. I paid for a large bowl with three parts starch.. chose two noodle one rice to go. Got no noodles. Didn’t check till I was home. No one answers the phone. Sucks after a 14 hour work day. I just wanted my order !!!!

My experience here was horrendous enough for me to not return to this location. First of all, our potstickers were very cold, which ok the guy changed them but the replacements were just as cold! But we didn’t even say anything and just moved on to the main course. Second, my pad Thai noodles were hard and cold. My replacement of the next pad Thai had hair in the chicken. Very disappointed. There was not a single apology made about the lack of quality. You can see that I do not make many reviews but this experience was just so bad. It’s expensive and extremely underwhelming with subpar service. Save your money and go elsewhere. I want to add that I am not a typical “Karen”, I know it wasn’t the servers fault but there was not an apology issued.

They are still in covid restrictions: you will need to put food prep gloves on before *you* serve the food into your bowl.
