Last month while on vacation or more like playing tour guide while my family was visiting I had an issue with my car and it needed to put it in the shop. I found a rental in Denver (where I live) and continued on my vacation. As we were driving to Durango I wasn't happy with the car I was given. Yes there were limited choices at the time of rental. So I called around to find a different vehicle and spoke with a young lady at this location and told her my request such as 4WD, navigation and interior room and my frustration with trying to find a vehicle. The regional manager Carlton called me back and I'll just say you sometimes wonder how people get into a certain position but not this gentleman. He called me back numerous times when he came across a vehicle to make sure it was to my liking and even came in on his day off to make sure the vehicle was going to be ready. There are a lack of vehicles EVERYWHERE. It's frustrating but that's not their fault that's corporate and lack of availability. Customer service was top notch. Thanks again!

They NEVER have 4 wheel drive vehicles. Which is not ideal for winter driving, and this is across all Enterprise rent centers.

Rented a vehicle on March 1st at 930am. I was early, the staff was obviously rushing to get their orders fullfilled. Everyone was very nice, patient and very accommodating. You can tell the staff deals with difficult situations regularly because they were efficient and kind and very quick. I was out of the office before my scheduled pick up. Makes renting a car very easy. Thanks!
