People make a place, and the people here are great. Randy and Jennifer are very professional and do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The facilities are clean and in good working condition. Our Beagle Penny was very happy with the walking path and the dog park. Lots of beautiful Ponderosa pines throughout the park. The camp hosts, Bill and his wife, couldn’t be better. Anything you want to know about the area, they can help with. This is a smoke free park which we appreciate. We didn’t have a great internet experience, but I don’t think the Pagosa springs area in general has very good internet. Would stay again. Stayed two weeks, 37 foot Motorhome towing Jeep

Ok. Wasn't told about the $15 dog fee, (which was the only place in the last 7 days that charged us for having pets) and the dump hole was higher than our RV, which made leaving an adventure, but nice and cozy and the hosts were helpful when seeing up.

Very well ran by friendly owners! The park is well kept and facilities are clean. The spots are pretty close together and it was tight getting around with our 37’ travel trailer but still manageable. We will gladly stay again!

We loved this place! So glad we found it. Randy and Jennifer were amazing host- so personable and willing to help. The park has 23 RV spots. It is so well kept with beautiful flower pots throughout the park. Our dog liked the dog park. This will be our go to park next time we are in Pagosa. It is also very close to downtown and the hot springs. I can’t see enough great times about this park!
