The property was very clean and well maintained. Wifi mediocre, but it is an RV park and in the mountains.

We stayed in the RV park for many years and enjoyed it. This time we stayed in a suite. It was very very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The beds were great and the staff were extremely helpful. Our dog loved it and so did we.

We visited Mountain Landing Suites, June 2022. This is a small rv park combined with a motel convenient to Pagosa Springs. Roads are wide gravel and dusty. Pads are wide gravel. Space between sites is spacious with some grass and trees. Most sites are level but some are not. Clean, well kept, quiet. Off US 160, so very little road noise. Our site was spacious, but many of the sites are closer together. We were in site 30 which needs to be leveled badly! Checkin was smooth, but attendant was not very friendly. Seemed that we were a distraction to her. There is no pool and a small covered pavilion area. They have a picnic table at each site, a small playground and dog park. Surprisingly the wifi was very good. We camped at Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park in a fifth wheel.
