No unfortunately the fishing is for the residence of the park only as it is private property
Homes are for sale only ... The price varies based upon the condition of the home
Space rents vary based on the homes location to amenities and its position in the park
Hello Sarah . . . this is Dave; my wife and I found Lake Park Yorba Linda (a fantastic location at Rose & Imperial) 6 or 8 years ago for my mom and believed we had found a "nugget of gold", something that would be great for her and her little dog -- she has since been moved to a senior facility and we're in the process now of renovating it for sale. Her rent there is approximately $1000 a month and I'm not sure if they have changed the rules for non-owner rentals; you would have to check with the park for that info -- good luck to you; check it out if you haven't already, it's a great place with lots of nearby activities/amenities that will keep you busy and active for years !
