Mr Paige is a lazy slimy lawyer he's representing our child and he does not return calls to people. Or contact the person he is representing to see what can be done in court to help the person he is NOT REPRESENTING. You should feel real good about your self and I hope one day you get the same treatment that you give your clients.

I think you'll need to hire private counsel. You don't have a right to free counsel

how do you put in a compliant against a lawyer and firm

To complain of a lawyer, you must ask inside the bar assoc. This is not a place to discuss such things.

Can I sue a police station for discriminatory and homophobic remarks?

G, I believe you can sue anybody for that in America. Just make sure you understand the consequences for the people involved... litteraly lost of their job for good, having families and kids. I would suggest you to request a formal appology from them and superiors and to request better training regards LGTB+ customer service and a follow up letter regarding this matter. I believe, personally, it is better to push the change from this perspective. It shows you are more compassionate and civilized than others and you are giving them the opportunity to change and be grateful for not loosing their breadmaking....THAT is change. If you request a follow up on their training and after some months you realice nothing is done you tell them back you will put formal charges or sue them...that will make anybody go back to line. I wish you the best and remember to be the change you want to see. Love, Carolina.
