Pizza is fine, food quality is fine, customer service is okay, but their food making is very slow. You create an order at 2:30 for a simple pizza, and it takes until 3:05 to get a pizza. I even did a mobile order thinking if I do it 15 minutes in advanced it'll be ready. Nope, they didn't even have it in the oven haha

I’m trying to have a family night out for my summer program. So I like to order ahead and schedule for the evening. First, I was on hold on the phone for 10 minutes. I finally decide to drive there and I’m standing in the store, a woman who was working on pizza sees me, says nothing. No- “Welcome, someone will be right with you” nothing. Finally I speak up like is someone Available to help???” A guy comes and I say I need to deliver ahead he says they can’t do it in house has to be online. I tell him I’m having problems w the online order he’s like, well that’s the only way all dismissive. I go to my phone to show him, while I’m getting it pulled up he just dips back behind the wall like “I’ll be right back” but he wasn’t. I just left. I manage my program and I know what customer service is supposed to look like and if MY team behaved like those two, there’d be some serious discussions.

This location NEVER has Hot n' Ready pizzas, after going there 5 different times during different hours of the day. The customer service is horrible. I don't negatively reviews places often, but this is one of the worst LC's locations I've ever been to.

Highly unprofessional and I hope this isn’t behavior that is supported by this company.. I just had my partner pick up a pizza for me and I guess the lady put her number on there for him to call her. I blocked out where she wrote her number for her privacy but WOW lol. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

They do not deliver.
I have experienced the same thing many times in the past. As I sat in the chair at Little Caesar's, I witnessed the employees ignoring phone calls when they are very busy. Sometimes there are only 2 or 3 employees in the store taking walk-in and online orders, making pizzas , boxing the pizzas and handing them to waiting customers. I have waited up to 40 minutes for a pizza when they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. That's why they don't answer the phone. They frequently do not have enough employees working to keep up with both online and walk-in orders.
