My brother was shopping for a new phone on Sunday, and Sofia, the sales rep was incredible. She was very helpful in setting up his account/phone, answered all of his questions, and even downloaded some of his favorite apps to the new phone. We were the only customers for a minute but Sofia promptly answered questions when others popped in. Everyone rolled out satisfied. I even decided to upgrade my phone. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thanks Sofia!!!

Great!!! Problem solved although it took too long. I pay my phone bill, I pay for insurance too & it was rewarding because my warranty had expired a few days b4 my phone broke. Thanks to my insurance that I was able to have my service and new phone restored.

If I could give them -5, I would. They are not truthful, con customer so they sign up. I specifically asked for the ongoing promotion and I didn't qualify. I confirmed with the salesman twice and he acknowledged it twice, just to find out that I never got it. Then they didn't want to refund me either after 3 days of service use. Metro PCS is horrible! If you are thinking of switching to Metro PCS, please make sure to ask them detailed questions, have the salesperson sign the contract with the details of the promotion, and READ THE CONTRACT!!!
