Great experience at the Lowes on Marks today. A very helpful employee, James, helped me find chair cushions in the garden department, even though it wasn’t his department. After scanning the cushions and learning there were 10 available in the color I wanted, he dragged over a ladder and moved boxes until he located the cushions I was hunting for. Made my day to find someone so cheerful and kind. Hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding customer service as much as I did.

Recently purchased a dishwasher from there clearance department was told it was never used it looked great when I was there. I just got it delivered and it’s not the one I purchased. This one is missing padding and has dishes in side. A knife too! Unsafe to say the least. I was passed around a bit the first two people were super nice and apologetic but the last lady was straight rude like it was my fault. She kept telling me well this is what you bought and what do you want me to do about it…? Really I want the one I purchased not this used one which I don’t even know works! Normally this Lowe’s is awesome I shop here a lot idk who this woman was but I will find out and will be speaking to management tomorrow when I return this dishwasher.
