Literally have been waiting 3 hrs for my pizza to be delivered and i live up the street.. i have called 6 times, and kept getting excuses …now nobody is answering the phone.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION smh

I ordered right before midnight. The order tracker was not working. I contacted the store. They were down down to the last driver for the night. Very courteous and friendly. Pizza arrived within the estimated time frame. Thank you guys for your hard work to ensure everyone's late night orders made it to their destinations.

Estimated wait time of 35-45 mins... I understand that they may be busy and it may take longer. But we waited an hour and a half for a pizza dinner box that showed up cold and missing all of the sauce that we ordered. Definitely not worth the money.

Having my order ready on time and made to the specified standard. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple time for delivery and kept getting call 1 hour after our preset that they don’t have enough drivers. So this time I tried carry out. When I got to the restaurant the worker working the register said that my order was taken to another customer for delivery. So I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I don’t know what it is with this Pizza Hut location, but there needs to be major changes. The person at the register was helpful and was apologetic, but this is 3 times that my order has either been canceled or messed up. I like Pizza Hut, but I will be ordering from the other guys for now on. Sorry Pizza Hut you lost a loyal customer today.
