I took my glasses in today for a quick repair- a screw was missing in the frame. Turns out that those screws aren’t universal… Brittany must have tried 10 different screws until she finally hit pay dirt! She had a great attitude, and kept a smile on her face… not always easy when you’re in a frustrating situation! I had a great experience, and I’ll be back when it’s time for another pair. Thanks!

Their positive energy made it easy to talk with them and I felt like I was a valued customer at their store.
