First, let me tell you that I went without my vacuum for like a month because I was procrastinating on calling a repair guy. Before you get all judgy, I have hardwood floors, in which I don't necessary need a vacuum and can get by with sweeping and mopping. There is just something so convenient and satisfying about a vacuum though. I finally called Rich's Sewing and Vacuums. My Vacuum didn't necessarily have a repair it needed, there was just a clog in the hose that I just couldn't get to on my own. I called them and talked with Jeremy. He was super friendly and told me to come down. They didn't' have parts to repair my particular vacuum but since it was unclogging I needed they could hook it up to their central vacuum and try to remove it for me free of charge. And I bet you can guess what they did, they unclogged my vacuum. Pick Up Stick clogging the hose (thanks nieces and nephews). Needless to say! I'm a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone! :)

I have been doing business with Rich's Sew and Vac for years. Absolutely great people that care about customers, quality, and service. I cannot recommend them enough.
