It’s a fun, rewarding place to work! The hours don’t feel too long because the assignments are exciting (just the right difficulty. The entire facility is very sanitary and well maintained. It is the cleanest, most honest business I have ever known. OFD is also very humane. If you inform a co-worker or operator that you’re sore or wish to rotate and work on something different it is not considered complaining. If anything they’ll be proud of you for speaking up and you will immediately be moved to a different task, until you feel good enough to go back to what you were originally working on.
