I’ve had pho in a lot of cities around the world, including Vietnam. Ba’s in Albany Oregon is #1 on my list! The soup is flavorful but not too salty, the proportions of the ingredients are perfect, and the meat is high quality. The combination noodle salad is also phenomenal. It’s a small restaurant with a limited menu, but does everything so well that you can go back again and again.

4 stars but I wanna give bonus point for them. Nice and clean environment, lovely service, great food and drink menu. Drinks are interesting but I definitely think they are good, pho are average, and salad roll have tofu option which is really nice. Extra credit for their chilling oil! Don’t forget to try it. And of course extra credit for nice and cute waiter 😆.

Everything about this place is amazing. Rich flavors mixed perfectly to make a harmony of delight. The atmosphere is calming and the staff are so friendly. Their sandwiches are filling the pho is cosmic, Seriously 24 hour bone broth is like a health potion. They don't cut corners and it's shows with the presentation. I'm legit proud of this place. Giving this small town real culture.
