I was so impressed with how fast and professional the experience was selling my car. The appraisal was fast and convenient. I loved the ability to wait to sell my car up to 7 days. And when it came time to sell the car, the experience was also very fast and well thought-through. Selling a Tesla is a little different than other cars with what needs to be done but the CarMax sales team was well-prepared with step-by-step instructions. I am super happy with my experience and would now consider buying a car from CarMax and would absolutely sell a car to CarMax again.

I recently went here to sell my old Toyota Corolla. I have never sold a car before and I was very nervous and lost regarding the entire process, but the staff were very friendly and patient with me. During the final steps of the process, I had the pleasure of working with Agnes. She is an absolute sweetheart! She is a great conversationalist, and she made me feel a lot more at ease. The paperwork went by much faster than I had expected as well, which was a huge plus! I would highly recommend going to this location if you're considering selling your car to a dealership!

Started off by searching online for a car I thought I’d like. Then I got approved! Then I received a phone call of getting everything finalized and going over options available. I then had an appointment the next day. I was only there for minutes before driving off the lot with my new car!!! The whole experience was effortless and everyone I came in contact with from the phone to signing papers was very professional with great personalities.
