The office and maintenance staff are great. The grounds are well kept and clean. The townhouses are roomy and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of parking. Rent is reasonable.

We have been living here since 2010 and have found it to be a very quiet well maintained place to live. The office staff is very knowledgeable, consciousness, attentive, courteous and friendly. The maintenance staff is prompt in resolving any and all issues as soon as they are notified of an issue. The longest we have had to wait is less than 24 hours for a problem to be fixed. Landscaping is done by a private contractor and I have not had to mow a lawn or shovel snow since I have been here. The snow is always cleared enough so walk ways and driveways are kept passable during a storm and thoroughly cleared after the storm. We really enjoy the friendliness and quiet and resourcefulness of the other tenants as well as the 10 minute access to downtown Portland or the 5 minute access to the interstate. We hope to stay here for a long time to come. Jim C

I love Princeton Ridge, it's been a wonderful place for my feet to land with my daughter. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the time and attention that the staff take to make sure that the residents and property are well cared for. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. Very pleased overall!
